Projects completed by the company and/or in progress as follows:

• HSBC new Secondary Data Centre (act as Client Project Director, completed in November 2014, awarded LEED Platinum);
• Hang Seng Bank Mong Kok Building (act as Client Project Director for major building renovation and base building infrastructure upgrade from tenancy building to single user building. Completed in February 2017, awarded LEED Platinum);
• Hang Seng Bank Headquarters Building (act as Client Project Director for infrastructure upgrade, scheduled to complete in December 2019).
